Shopify FrontendArtificial Greenery & Landscaping2026 - Present

VCK Greens

VCK Greens
The Problem

The storefront already had meaningful traffic, but the shopping journey needed clearer guidance, stronger product/service discovery, and a more conversion-focused structure.

Project Overview

VCK Greens is an artificial greenery and landscaping company based in India, serving commercial spaces across hospitality, restaurants, retail, and lifestyle environments.

I am working on the redesign of their Shopify storefront as both Shopify frontend developer and UI/UX designer. The goal is to make the website clearer for customers who are already arriving there: easier to browse, easier to trust, and easier to move from interest to inquiry or purchase.

The Problem

Customer Journey

  • The storefront needed clearer visual guidance around what a visitor should do next.
  • Product and service discovery needed a stronger structure for different customer intents.
  • Trust-building content needed to appear earlier in the journey, not only after a customer had already decided to explore deeply.

Business Context

  • The website was already receiving meaningful traffic, so the redesign had to respect existing behavior while improving clarity.
  • VCK Greens serves both product-led and service-led customers, which makes navigation and content hierarchy more important.
  • The storefront needed to communicate scale, credibility, and quality without making the buying path feel heavy.

Role & Ownership

I am working as the Shopify frontend developer and UI/UX designer for the redesign. That means my work is not limited to moving sections around. I am shaping how customers understand the brand, how they discover products and services, and how the storefront can support better conversion without losing clarity.

What I'm Redesigning

1. Homepage Journey

  • Restructuring the homepage so primary actions and high-value sections are easier to understand.
  • Creating a more guided flow from first impression to product or service exploration.
  • Reducing visual competition between sections so each part has a clear job.

2. Product & Service Discovery

  • Making artificial greenery, landscaping services, and related offerings easier to browse from the storefront.
  • Improving category visibility so customers do not have to work hard to understand what VCK Greens provides.
  • Supporting both customers who know what they want and visitors who need inspiration first.

3. Trust & Credibility

  • Bringing client credibility and project scale into the experience in a more visible way.
  • Using brand proof carefully so customers can understand why VCK Greens is trusted for commercial spaces.
  • Helping the storefront feel established without making the page feel overloaded.

4. Mobile Shopping Experience

  • Designing mobile layouts around thumb-friendly browsing and faster decision-making.
  • Keeping important actions visible without making the interface feel cramped.
  • Making the mobile storefront feel intentionally designed, not like a shrunken desktop page.

5. Shopify Frontend Implementation

  • Translating the redesigned experience into Shopify frontend sections and production-ready UI.
  • Keeping the storefront maintainable for future updates and campaign changes.
  • Balancing visual polish with the practical constraints of an active Shopify store.

6. Performance, SEO & Accessibility

  • Keeping performance in mind while updating imagery, layouts, and interactive sections.
  • Supporting technical SEO through clearer structure and storefront content hierarchy.
  • Improving usability basics like readability, interaction clarity, and accessible navigation patterns.

Design Direction

Guided Browsing Clearer Sections Trust Signals Clients + Reach Shopify UX Mobile + Frontend Better Journey

The redesign direction is simple: every section should help the customer make the next decision. If they are looking for inspiration, the store should make the possibilities clear. If they are comparing credibility, the proof should be visible. If they are ready to act, the interface should not slow them down.

Expected Impact

  • Clearer product and service discovery for new visitors.
  • Stronger trust-building around client work and business reach.
  • Better mobile browsing flow for high-intent storefront traffic.
  • A Shopify storefront that is easier for the business to keep improving after launch.
